It starts with something small. You resend the same onboarding email – for the fifth time this month. You copy-paste that client reminder, update the date, and hit send. You manually log a payment, upload a contract, tweak a form. Just this once. Just real quick.

But a few minutes here and there add up quickly and then all of the sudden, “real quick” becomes a couple of hours… Before you know it, your business is running on tasks that only live in your head and habits that require your constant presence.
