Exporting Your Kartra Contacts/Leads as a CSV

Contacts in Kartra were called Leads until October 22, 2024

When you export your list of Kartra Contacts you get a TON of information. Information is exported as a CSV and is ordered by your oldest lead at the top and your newest lead at the bottom.

Export your leads from > Contacts > All Contacts > Choose the contacts or select all > Click the download icon

If you have data for that field it will fill on the CSV, if not it will show as blank.

Here’s the information that is exported

• First Name

• Middle Name

• Last Name

• Last Name 2

• Email

• Phone Country Code

• Phone Number

• Company

• Sales Tax ID

• IP

• IP Country

• Address

• City

• Zip

• Country

• State

• Website

• Facebook

• Twitter

• LinkedIn

• Instagram

• GDPR Status

• GDPR Status Date

• Lists << comma separated

• Tags << comma separated

• ALL of your custom fields

It’s good to note here too that there is some information in your account that is NOT exported:

• User Names

• Passwords

• Total spend

• Points
  *Memberships they have access to

• *Forms they have completed

• *Surveys completed

• *Webinars registered for

*you could get this information IF you were applying tags for when these things happened.

You can also export a CSV from your transactions record and subscription record.
